Because our events are limited in size and we stop selling tickets when that limit is reached our refund policy is as follows:

Our Refund Policy:
As with all such public events monetary refunds are available only within 3 days of the time of purchase. After this period if you have purchased a ticket but for some reason are unable to attend the event monetary refunds will not be issued.
You may, however:
1) Use your ticket for any other event within the next 12 months.
2) Transfer it to another person or
3) Exchange your ticket for product.
